🎓 Job Guarantee Policy
We guarantee a job or internship opportunity to students who:
- Successfully complete the course syllabus in full.
- Score a minimum of 75% marks in all projects, assignments, and assessments provided during the course.
- Maintain active participation in classes, including attendance, doubt-solving sessions, and practical assignments.
If a student fails to meet the above criteria, the Job Guarantee will not apply, and no refund will be issued.
💸 Refund Policy
If a student meets all the eligibility criteria (completes the course, achieves at least 75% marks in projects/assignments, and follows the code of conduct) and still does not secure a job or internship within 90 days after completing the course, we will provide a 100% refund of the tuition fee paid for the course.
❌ No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- If the student fails to achieve 75% marks in projects/assignments.
- If the student misses classes, does not submit assignments on time, or violates the institute’s code of conduct.
- If the student declines job or internship offers provided by DIGITAL MAGICIAN.
- If the student discontinues the course voluntarily or fails to complete the course.
📝 Refund Process
Eligible students must:
- Submit a written refund request via email to hello@digitalmagician.in within 90 days of course completion.
- Attach all relevant documents, including project scores and attendance records.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 working days to the student’s original payment method.
