There are digital marketing jobs in the Kundli and Rai belt, and almost none of them are advertised. The hiring comes from manufacturers and exporters who sell through trade enquiries, from logistics firms along the highway, and from local clinics, schools and showrooms. Freshers here earn ā¹15,000 to ā¹22,000 a month, and the roles come with more responsibility than an equivalent job in a large NCR agency.
I have placed students into both. The honest version of this comparison is not the one you get from a brochure.

Who is actually hiring along this stretch
The belt from Kundli through Rai to Bahalgarh is industrial first. That shapes the kind of marketing work available.
Manufacturers and exporters. Plastics, auto components, textiles, food processing. Most of them live on IndiaMART, trade portals and a website nobody has touched since 2019. They need someone who can keep listings current, respond to enquiries fast, and run small campaigns that produce bulk orders. Unglamorous, and steady.
Logistics and warehousing. The highway brings transport and storage companies. Their marketing need is mostly B2B lead generation and a presence that looks credible to a buyer in another state.
Local service businesses. Clinics, diagnostic labs, coaching centres, gyms, boutiques, restaurants in Model Town and around the Sector 14 and 15 markets. This is the most common first client for a freelancer, and it is where Meta ads and local SEO earn their keep.
Education. The Rajiv Gandhi Education City campuses and private schools nearby. Admissions marketing is seasonal and intense, which suits people who like deadlines.
What those jobs pay in 2026
| Role | Kundli and Rai belt | Delhi NCR |
|---|---|---|
| Fresher, in-house marketing | ā¹15,000 to ā¹22,000 | ā¹18,000 to ā¹30,000 |
| 2 years, running campaigns | ā¹28,000 to ā¹40,000 | ā¹45,000 to ā¹65,000 |
| Managing a small team | ā¹45,000 to ā¹70,000 | ā¹70,000 to ā¹1,20,000 |
| Freelance, per local client | ā¹8,000 to ā¹20,000 a month | ā¹15,000 to ā¹40,000 a month |
| Daily commute | 15 to 40 minutes | 3 to 4 hours, or relocate |
The local numbers are lower. They are also paid to someone who sleeps at home, spends nothing on rent and keeps roughly fifteen hours a week that a Gurgaon commuter does not have. Two local freelance clients on top of a local job closes most of the gap, and that is a realistic thing to do in your first year.
The part nobody tells freshers
In a large NCR agency, a fresher usually gets one narrow slice of the work. You write ad copy, or you pull reports, or you schedule posts. It is good training in a narrow discipline and slow training in everything else.
At a manufacturer in Rai, you are often the entire marketing department. You will be asked to fix the website, run the ads, handle the IndiaMART enquiries and explain to the owner why the enquiries are not converting. It is messy and you will be out of your depth regularly.
That mess is the fastest way to become employable. Eighteen months of doing everything badly and then better gives you a portfolio that a Gurgaon agency will hire at a level above fresher. I have watched this happen often enough to stop treating it as the consolation prize.
How to find work that is never posted
Job portals will not help you here, because these owners do not use them for a marketing hire. What works is direct and slightly uncomfortable.
Pick ten companies within fifteen kilometres. Look at their website, their Google listing and their IndiaMART page. Write down two specific things that are wrong: no reviews on the Google profile, a website that takes nine seconds to load, product photos from a phone in bad light, enquiries that go to an inbox nobody checks.
Then write to the owner, not to a generic email. Two sentences on what you noticed, one sentence offering to fix the first one, and nothing else. Most will ignore you. Two will reply. That ratio is enough.
This works because you are not asking for a job, you are pointing at money being left on the table. The local SEO guide for Haryana businesses is a reasonable checklist to audit them against before you write.
Training without leaving the area
The practical problem for people in Kundli, Rai, Bahalgarh and Nathupur has always been that serious training meant travelling to Delhi. It does not now.
Our digital marketing course in Sonipat runs at Model Town, which is twenty to thirty minutes from most of this belt, with four daily slots at 7:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 12:30 PM and 5:30 PM so it fits around a job or a factory shift. The same batch runs live online if even that commute is awkward. Four months of training, a two month internship, ā¹45,000, or ā¹40,000 if you pay the full fee at enrollment.
The part that matters for this region specifically: students work on live client accounts during training, and many of those clients are local businesses of exactly the type described above. You finish having already done the job you are applying for.
Placement is backed in writing. Complete the modules, attend at least 75% of classes, finish the portfolio project, apply to 30 or more jobs within four months and join two placement drives, and if you are still not placed we refund the fee in full. The conditions in full are on the placement guarantee page, and roughly 80% of our graduates are placed within 30 days.
Frequently asked questions
Are there really digital marketing jobs in Kundli and Rai? Yes, mostly unadvertised, from manufacturers, exporters, logistics firms and local service businesses.
What do they pay? ā¹15,000 to ā¹22,000 for a fresher, ā¹28,000 to ā¹40,000 with two years. Less than NCR, with no commute and usually more responsibility.
How do I find the unadvertised ones? Audit ten local companies, write to the owner with two specific problems and an offer to fix one. It works better than any portal.
Local job or Gurgaon commute? Local for the first eighteen months, then move to NCR as an experienced hire. You negotiate from a much better position.
Can I study around factory or shop timings? Yes. The 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM slots exist for that, and every class is recorded with 12 month access. Current dates are on the upcoming batch dates page.

If you are in this belt and weighing up whether any of this is realistic, come and sit in on a class before deciding. Book a free demo class at Model Town or online, and bring the name of one local company you think is wasting its marketing budget. We will look at it together.
